About Me
Welcome to my portfolio.
My name is Alexandre Senadji, I am working in the video game industry since 8 years now. I did 2 years as a Dev Tester and 6 years as a Level Designer.
The first thing to know about me is that I am a real passionate. Video game is something that I live for. Playing and building video games is what makes me the happiest person on earth.
There is something magic about video game, something that brings this little spark in me, that's why I wanted to work in the video game industry. And for this same reason I'm always working on personal projects (I learned programming mainly to be able to create my own games).
What is better than being able to build your own game? from my point of view, nothing because It allows me to give life to all my ideas.
So why did I chose the Level Design? because it's one of the most important part of a game, the level design is what will change a good game idea to an awesome experience.
Beeing a bit of a Nintendo fan, I learned a lot from their games. For example, I think that a game like Mario Galaxy 2 is a real guide on how make an incredible game design and make it shine with a perfect level design.
To me, in a video game, the gameplay should ALWAYS comes first and the gameplay is shining mostly because of the Level Design.
I learned a lot from my different experiences. I worked for an indie game with a team of four, moving to the AAA industry to work with hundreds of people. Both experiences brought a lot to me.
